The Sudden Change
Alex enjoyed his trip with his friend. They explored a small island together. A storm suddenly hit. His friend had to leave early for work, promising to return. Alex stayed behind to relax.
He watched the waves crash, amazed by nature’s power. But he felt a bit uneasy.
Facing the Storm
The sky darkened quickly. Thunder roared, and rain poured down. Alone, Alex searched for shelter. He found a small wooden cabin nearby. He sat inside, listening to the rain.
He felt both safe and isolated there. The storm was intense, like his thoughts.
Waiting for the Calm
Hours passed, and the storm didn’t stop. Alex kept busy with a book. He also made a fire to stay warm. He thought of his friend and the journey.
The roaring wind outside was calming in a strange way. He smiled, knowing his friend would come back. But he wondered when the storm would end.
